Server
Full-time / Part-time

Deliver an exceptional dining experience to every guest. Knowledge of Japanese cuisine is a plus but not required — we'll train you. Training is expected to begin in late October.

  • Greet guests and take orders
  • Serve food and drinks
  • Use the POS and process payments
  • Keep tables and dining areas clean
  • Help teammates during busy shifts
What We're Looking For
  • Friendly and reliable
  • Good communication and teamwork
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
  • Evening and weekend availability preferred

All team members must follow Kouchan Ramen's food safety, sanitation, and workplace policies. Texas Food Handler certification is required within the applicable timeframe.

Kitchen Team Member / Line Cook
Full-time / Part-time

Work alongside our team to prepare authentic Hakata tonkotsu ramen. Experience in a kitchen environment preferred. Training is expected to begin in late October.

What You'll Do
  • Prepare ramen, appetizers, rice dishes, and other menu items
  • Follow recipes and portion standards
  • Set up and stock your station
  • Keep the kitchen clean and organized
  • Follow food safety procedures
  • Help the kitchen team as needed
What We're Looking For
  • Reliable and hardworking
  • Able to work quickly and as part of a team
  • Kitchen experience preferred
  • Ramen or Japanese restaurant experience is a plus
  • Evening and weekend availability preferred

Dishwasher / Kitchen Prep
Full-time / Part-time

Keep our kitchen running smoothly with dishwashing and food prep support. A great entry point into the restaurant industry — no experience required. Training is expected to begin in late October.

  • Take out trash and clean floors as needed
  • Help with basic food prep
  • Help the kitchen team during busy shifts

  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Experience is a plus, but not required
